Le 6 mai 2007, jour d’élection présidentielle, Alice, militante socialiste et mère débordée, fait tout son possible pour que Ségolène Royal l’emporte. Mais entre tensions familiales, débats houleux et un geste troublant de défiance de la part de son fils, sa journée bascule. Rien ne se passe comme prévu. Et pourtant, pour Alice, la journée pourrait bien se conclure sur une victoire.

On May 6th, 2007 — presidential election day in France — Alice, a devoted socialist and overwhelmed mother, does everything she can to help Ségolène Royal win. But between family tensions, heated political arguments, and a troubling act of defiance from her son, the day begins to unravel. Nothing goes as planned. And yet for Alice, the day still might end in victory.
